Butter Boards are taking the internet by storm. But I’m more a fan of the Cream Cheese Schmear boards variety. These two autumn-flavored harvest cream cheese spreads should be at the top of your menu plan for any fall parties or Thanksgiving feasts.
I recently hosted a bagel bar brunch for a group of moms, and these Harvest Cream Cheese Schmear Spreads were the perfect centerpiece for our fall bagel buffet.
But we also added a fun Harvest punch to the mix that I’ll list below as well; three fall recipes to make over and over!
Pumpkin Bagel Schmear Board

- 1 8 oz tub cinnamon cream cheese
- ¼ cup pumpkin or apple butter
- ½ a granola bar
- Pumpkin pie spice

- Swipe the spreader through the cream cheese to make waves.
- Top the cream cheese with pumpkin butter.
- Break off half of the granola bar to make a stem.
- Sprinkle sparingly with pumpkin pie spice (as a dusting).
- Serve with bagels, apples, or vanilla wafers.

Harvest Punch

- Using a mandoline, slice apples crosswise (across the middle).
- Add to top of pitcher.
- Using a knife, cut orange crosswise and add to pitcher.
- Serve over ice or not if ingredients are chilled.
- You could keep a bowl of fruit near the pitcher to garnish each cup.
