Ok, so this will be the short version and you will get the pics to prove it…but, I just got home from the Division II College World series. Our baseball team played today for the National Championship.
So, after I posted the blog the other night, I decided I had to go. So, I got on a plane yesterday morning in LR at 7 and we flew to St. Louis for the game. The Tigers won yesterday afternoon, clinching a spot in the final National Championship game. We caught the Cardinals game last night and then…
The game today. While the Tigers did not win, they put up a hard fight and made a great ending to a great season. Very emotional day and long lat 40 hours, but so worth it. I’m glad I got to go. I’ll post pics and stories later.
If you are in or around Arkadelphia, we are hosting a welcome home celebration for the National Champion Runners-up!!! The bus will arrive Sunday afternoon (tomorrow) around 5, so get to the field house a little before then and help us welcome the Tigers home!!!
