It’s mother’s day week and my mama and I love a hearty chicken salad. If we are out and about, I know for certain that a “chick food” lunch will work every time. She is also my ride or die on trying new foods, but you can bet my mam loves a scoop of chicken salad on a pretzel roll.
A few weeks ago, I threw my own 40th birthday party and decided to invite over some of my favorite chicks to share the day. I took my Zero Point Fruity Chicken Salad to a new level when I added Trader Joes Everything Bagel seasoning. It is all the rage, but I’m telling you the rage is all worth it.
This Everything Bagel Seasoning Chicken Salad is unlike anything you’ve ever eaten. I prefer it with a wile of crackers, but it’s good on a fork, croissant, or my mama’s favorite pretzel buns.
As you make plans for Mother’s Day this weekend whether you are having a picnic or brunch, put this Everything Bagel Seasoning Chicken Salad on your menu along with some of these other “chick food” favorites:

I added it to Tuna salad yesterday for lunch and did you see the poached egg breakfast sandwich? I use it on all kinds of things. There has to be garlic chips or something in there that makes it magic!
