It seems that snack mixes are becoming one of my “things”. Maybe so. I’ve never been one to apologize for a little snacking, but I think I’m loving having something quick and easy to take with me to meetings or when I get together with family. And, the fact that they take only a few ingredients and can be made ahead just makes them a total winner in my book.

I thought I’d share a quick and easy mix that will keep everyone’s munchies at bay while you try and get the hard things done this fall – better yet plan to take this to a work or board meeting or have it ready for guests showing up for a weekend. It is football season of course, so this makes a great munchie while you get mad at the gridiron!  Of course, Firecrackers are usually my go to and they seem appropriate given the holiday, but I PROMISE this quick snack mix will not disappoint!

Parmesan Ranch Snack Mix – just imagine your cousin Billy and the foreign exchange student got together and combined their favorite flavors. Maybe we should make the author of this recipe “Georgio Buckwheat.” Now that you have a mental picture, here’s the recipe.
