Wow, I’ll admit this month was nuts and we had lots of nights out, but its worth capturing what we did even when its crazy and the holidays are starting to bring on their busy.Â
November Meal Plan | Week 1
- Sunday – we were out of town over this weekend visiting my husband’s grandmother, so it was road trip food from the hospital and Whataburger.
- Monday – leftovers from the week before (see the October Meal Plan for all that!)
- Tuesday – French Onion Chicken and Confetti Corn leftovers from the freezer and fresh Brussel sprouts
- Wednesday – church supper – spaghetti
- Thursday – leftover spaghetti
- Friday – French Onion Chicken leftovers with Brussel sprouts
- Saturday – Pei Wei and cheeseburgers at Katie’s Kitchen in downtown Des Arc, AR after the Christmas at the Warehouse Sale
November Meal Plan | Week 2
- Sunday – started a quick 3 day trip to Branson
- Lunch – Olive Garden
- Dinner – Cantina Laredo – one of the best meals out I’ve had in a while. I also learned that Little Man loves a cheese enchilada!
- Monday – Pancake House, Psaghetti’s, and Dixie Stampede
- Tuesday – McDonald’s, Arby’s, and gas station snacks for dinner
- Wednesday – church supper – spaghetti
- Thursday – Chicken Gnocci Soup from the freezer with Sister Shubert’s rolls
- Friday – Indian Chicken with Spaghetti Squash and broccoli
- Saturday – pork tenderloin and roasted potatoes

- Sunday –
- Lunch – Friendsgiving with Sunday School class, I took the Beef Stew!
- Dinner – steaks, baked potatoes, and broccoli
- Monday – leftover Indian Chicken and roasted oriental vegetables
- Tuesday – leftover pork loin, potatoes, and carrots
- Wednesday – church supper
- Thursday – dinner meeting
- Friday – Beef Stew
- Saturday – McKinney Women Shopping trip and family Thanksgiving dinner out together

- Sunday –
- Lunch – Lunch at GrandBetty’s always means a homecooked meal and full bellies
- Dinner – chopped salad
- Monday – Slow Cooker Spaghetti
- Tuesday – clean out the fridge, miss match, not leaving anything behind before the holiday week.
- Wednesday – travel to Dallas for Thanksgiving
- Thursday – Thanksgiving Day – all the usuals
- Friday – Leftover grilled Turkey sandwiches
- Saturday – Slow Cooker Deer Stroganoff
- Sunday –
- Lunch – Mom’s Sunday Slow Cooker Roast
- Dinner – on the road traveling home
