Easy Party Meatballs

Easy Party Meatballs are a great protein to add to any potluck or holiday appetizer spread. Whether you have time to cook them, or throw them in a slow cooker and serve them later, you guest will love the spicy tangy combination of the sauce.

Ingredients

  • Frozen Turkey meatballs
  • Sugar free BBQ sauce
  • Sugar free apricot or peach jelly
  • 1 can Pineapple tidbits
  • Green bell pepper rough chopped
  • Red onion rough chopped

Instructions

  • Add meatballs to the crockpot.
  • Rough chop the onions and bell pepper.
  • Add to crockpot on top of meatballs.
  • Drain pineapple.
  • In a bowl, stir together BBQ sauce, jelly, and pineapple.
  • Pour over the meatballs and vegetables.
  • Stir to coat all the meatballs with the sauces.
  • Replace lid.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Serve with toothpicks or over rice with roasted vegetables.

Notes

Note: if you are serving the meatballs as an appetizer and don’t want people to have big chunks of peppers or onions, cut them into smaller pieces.
