This month included a TON of travel which made it hard to build a complete December Meal Plan. My husband’s Grandma passed and we spent a lot of time on the road being with family. But, our hearts are full and I tried really hard to keep it simple, cook ahead, plan menus with leftovers in mind and work in vegetables when we can.
