When I first wrote this recipe, it was to share the incredible story about Arkansas soybean production. Actually, we feed the WORLD right here from row crops across Arkansas.

Agriculture is Arkansas’ largest industry, contributing more than $16 billion annually to the state’s economy. Yep, BILLION.  That’s a lot of plowing, tending, and harvesting. Soybeans are Arkansas’ largest row crop at 3.1 million acres. As a matter of fact, that accounts for more than rice, corn, sorghum, and wheat combined. That is a lot of miracle beans.

In addition to ranking 10th for soybean production in the nation, we are the 4th highest in soybean usage where animal agriculture is the largest intake. So, for u,s that means many of the animals in our state are being raised grain-fed. Living off of the soybeans produced right here in our back yard. That’s pretty much a full-circle process!

So, when you think about the breakfast meats in this pizza taking in all those soybeans and contributing so much to the agricultural economy in Arkansas, it makes you want to take a second piece!

When you read these instructions you are going to want to jump ship. But, get a sheet pan and give it a try. It’s so good and the boys and grown men love it!
