Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat baking sheet with cooking spray or prepare baking stone.
In a large bowl, stir together hash browns, 2 eggs, ½ cup cheese, and ¼ teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
Pour out on to baking sheet and press out into a 12-inch round or rectangle to fill the pan.
Make a crust edge boundary if possible, that will make a difference later.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
While the hash browns are cooking, cook bacon in one skillet and breakfast sausage (or ground beef/turkey) in another.
Drain on paper towel lined plate to catch grease.
In a cup or bowl, beat together remaining four eggs and season with salt and pepper.
Top baked crust with remaining cheese, pour over eggs, paying attention to the runoff.
Sprinkle top with bacon and sausage.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until eggs are done and no longer runny.
Serve immediately.
