Our August Meal Plan is a little sparse with a much needed outdoor family road trip to Mount Rushmore, Yellowstone and Colorado, we ate a lot on the road, but stay tuned for the perfect meals while traveling with grown-ups and a toddler. Cooking in Airbnbs has to stay simple because you can’t guarantee what dishes you will have for cooking. But, by planning ahead we did awesome adventures and had some great homemade meals that kept us safe and healthy while traveling.

And, before we left, we ate the last of the items in our big freezer so it could defrost while we were on the road. So, here’s to new meals and buying the groceries we need each week for only that week. And, possibly a once a month Sam’s run to get the things we always use. Oh, and finally trying all those recipes I’ve been seeing on Pinterest. Stay tuned for more Weight Watcher (WW) friendly meals as we jump back on plan.
