Meal Planning seems to be a hard topic for all of us. It’s hard to get out of our rut, it’s hard to find time to think of new ideas, it’s hard to keep healthy meals in front of our family and still eat things we all love.
2019 brought a new series on the blog – monthly meals in review – where I share what we ate, practically looking at what it’s like to eat around the table in our family. Maybe the next year, I’ll add daily lunch options and what the toddler is eating, but for now, we will focus on what we ate in 2019.
