3poundsstew meat
1bagpetite carrots
3red potatoes
1bagfrozen vegetables for stew
1 pouchBeef Stew seasoning pouch
14.5oz can Italian Style Diced Tomatoes
32oz beef broth
2teaspoonssteak seasoning
1/2 teaspoonblack pepper
1tablespoonWorcestershireif desired
Instructions
Place stew meat in the bottom of a slow cooker.
Pour bag of carrots and frozen vegetables over meat.
Cut red potatoes into chunks and add to vegetables.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cook in slow cooker on low for 8-12 hours.
Notes
This is a great recipe to substitude deer meet instead of stew meat. Or you could use a rump roast and shred the meat before you serve it. This is such a hearty warm, feel good dinner.
