Preheat oven to 250.
Evenly divide dry cereal and cracker ingredients between 3 mixing bowls or 2 large roasting pans.
Toss dry ingredients to mix.
Melt 1 ½ cups butter in a microwave safe bowl.
Stir in 2 Tablespoons, Worcestershire, 1 Tablespoon Green Tabasco, 1 Tablespoon Dry Ranch, 2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper, ½ Cup Parmesan cheese.
Stir together with a fork to remove any clumping.
Pour over one bowl of the dry ingredients.
**If dividing between 2 roasting pans, half the sauce ingredients instead of ⅓**
Using a wooden spoon, toss the dry cereal and crackers to evenly coat with butter sauce.
Pour into roasting pans or baking dish.
Repeat sauce process with the 2 remaining bowls.
Cook at 250 for and hour and half, stirring every 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool COMPLETELY before storing.
