Our May Meal Plan was more of the same – eating down the freezer, trying to create special memories together, weekend adventures, and cozy dinners at home. Oh and this might be when the Quarantine Fifteen kicked in. Consider yourself warned.Â

May Meal Plan | Week 1

- Friday – Pizza night – this has basically become a thing. Maybe we should add some variety, but I think it’s our new family tradition.
- Saturday –Â Â
- Lunch – leftovers at homeÂ
- Dinner -Newks picnic in the park – ie, pick up food, go to a park, eat it and watch the ducks

- Lunch-Great Value frozen turkey bake, roasted green beans
- Dinner- clean out the fridgeÂ
- Monday – PW chicken in a pesto cream sauce with sautéed kale (get the PW New Frontier cookbook!)
- Tuesday – cinco de Mayo- taco ring, jalapeño ranch, chips and my cantina-style salsa with Sopapilla Cheesecake
- Wednesday – pesto chicken leftoversÂ
- Thursday –Â zucchini boats
- Friday – cauliflower pizza with fridge leftoversÂ
- Saturday –Â Â
- Lunch-Ed Walkers Drive In, Fort Smith
- Dinner-on roadÂ

- Sunday – Mother’s Day
- Breakfast- PW breakfast parcelsÂ
- Lunch –Â Copy Cat Cheesecake Factory Chipotle Chicken Pasta, Garlic Bread and Chocolate Eclair Cake
- Dinner – Met up for a Back Car picnic at Wendy’s with the in-lawsÂ
- Monday – leftover zucchini boats with roasted potatoes and carrots
- Tuesday – Orange chicken and veggies
- Wednesday – Grilled Chicken with PW Red Pepper Sauce and roasted green beans
- Thursday – pasta leftoversÂ
- Friday – grilled chicken tacos
- Saturday –Â
- Lunch – picnic on our playdate adventure
- Dinner – Orange Chicken leftovers repurposed into rice bowls with cauli fried rice and roasted broccoli

- Monday – WW Friendly Lasagna Soup
- Tuesday –Â Tortellini with garlic butter and leftover roasted red pepper sauce
- Wednesday –Â Slow Cooker Deer stroganoff over egg noodlesÂ
- Thursday – leftovers
- Friday – Stroganoff leftovers
- Saturday – Celebrating Auntie Em!!!
- Lunch – Wendy’s on the road
- Dinner – Taco barÂ

- Breakfast – Emmy’s Breakfast Quiche
- Lunch –Â Sonic Grilled Cheese
- Dinner – Stouffer’s lasagna, caesar salad, garlic bread
- Monday –Â burgers and dip
- Tuesday – Â leftover tortellini with roasted red pepper sauce
- Wednesday – Â Tacos and guacamole
- Thursday – spaghetti squash
- Friday – WW pizza egg rolls
- Saturday – eat out both meals, it was a weird weekÂ
- Sunday – Lunch – pork tenderloin, potatoes
Guess this was a pretty typical month of meals for us. And I’m so thankful to have these to look back on. So many good ideas here! What have you been eating and preparing for your family?
