March Meal Plans in the midst of madness were not on the radar when this month started. We had two weeks away and one of those weeks was an Anniversary trip. I’m so thankful we were able to get away because the “global pandemic” announcement was released just a few minutes after we landed back on US soil.
Little did we know how this month and the weeks that would follow would unravel, but we started eating the foods that we had in our freezer and the frozen dinners we stocked up on in my crazy “grab all the foods” grocery stop. We are all surviving and I’m hoping this month’s menu will give you a little inspiration to get out of any food rut you’ve been chilling with.
