Pimento Cheese Sausage Balls
Three ingredients. Zero leftovers. Protein Packed.
- 1 11 or 12 oz. tub pimento cheese
- 2 1-lb tubes breakfast sausage
- 1 box Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix with seasoning packet
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine sausage and pimento cheese until evenly mixed.
Add the biscuit mix and seasoning packet.
Stir until everything is fully incorporated.
Scoop into 1-inch portions and roll into balls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake 10–15 minutes, depending on your oven.
Remove to a cooling rack.
Store in an airtight container.
