Mexican Fruit Cups

Refreshing Fruit Cups are a traditional mexican snack and treat and can be mix and matched for your family or personal consumption. These WW zero point snacks are perfect for summer lunches or a backyard party to add a festive touch without all the calories of regular summer desserts.

Ingredients

  • cucumber
  • jicama
  • carrot
  • cantaloupe
  • watermelon
  • mango
  • Tajin seasoning
  • lime juice
  • plastic punch cups

Instructions

  • Cut and slice fruit into similar size spears, approximately 1/2 inch thick.
  • Stand mixture of fruit and vegetable spears in the cup.
  • Squeeze with lime juice.
  • Sprinkle with Tajin seasoning.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Note: Pre-cut fruit and evenly sort it into cups. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Add lime juice and Tajin at the last minute, right before serving.
