Green "Everyday" Smoothie

Green Smoothies are an easy, affordable, and delicious way to get started on your daily fruit and veggie goals at breakfast. The stars have aligned and we are drinking green stuff for breakfast in our home each morning. My make-ahead Mondays make it super easy to have these ready every day to grab and go.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup/handful/big pinch Spinach or Kale
  • 2 Cups frozen fruit - any mixture
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk or Coconut Water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to the blender as listed.
  • Mix on medium to stir together all ingredients.
  • Shift to higher setting and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 5-quart size mason jars.
  • Seal with lids and freeze.
  • Set out in a refrigerator overnight to thaw.
