Garlic Herb Cheeseball

This creamy herby cheeseball is the perfect addition to a gameday spread, shower menu, or charcuterie board.

Ingredients

  • 2 tubs Allouette spreadable cheese
  • 1 tub garlic herb or chive and onion spreadable cream cheese
  • 1/2 Cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded plus some
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 green onions finely chopped

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a stand mixer.
  • Turn out into a plastic container.
  • Cover with more shredded cheese.
  • Put in the fridge for 4+ hours, preferably overnight.
  • Serve with Flip Sides pretzel crackers or raw veggies.

Notes

Note: the mixture can be formed into a ball, it's just super soft before it's had time in the fridge. One of the easiest ways to form a ball is to line a sour cream container or plastic bowl, with rounded bottom, with plastic wrap. Pour mixture into bowl and top with plastic wrap. After 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, roll all sides in shredded cheese and serve with crackers.
