WW Turkey Meatloaf

This Easy Turkey Meatloaf brings all the flavors and drops all the calories for a healthy alternative to a perfect weeknight comfort food dinner. It can be made ahead and cooked in the moment and made fun for kids to want to clean their plate.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup seasoning blend
  • ½ cup bread crumbs or oatmeal
  • 1 packet meatloaf seasoning
  • 3 Tablespoon SF barbeque or SF ketchup
  • 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 10 shakes Worcestershire 2 teaspoons
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • SF Ketchup to squirt on top

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Cook onions in a skillet with a little olive oil.
  • In a bowl, add turkey, oatmeal, seasonings, sauces.
  • In a separate small bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork.
  • Pour eggs into the meat mixture.
  • With hands, combine all ingredients.
  • Once onions are cooked, toss into meat mixture.
  • Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Scoop out into a loaf pan, or make heaping scoops onto a foil-lined cookie sheet with an ice cream scoop.
  • Top each scoop with 1 teaspoon of ketchup or chili sauce.
  • For a loaf pan, bake for 1 hour.
  • For scoops of meat, bake for 20 minutes.
