Cut onion into slices or rings.
All olive oil to sauté pan or iron skillet.
Separate into a pan and sauté until translucent.
In a bowl mix together turkey, bread crumbs, egg, 1 T Worcestershire, 1 T ketchup, and 1 T Dijon mustard.
Using hands, squish together to incorporate all of the ingredients.
Divide mixture into fourths.
Form a ball, then flatten it into a patty shape.
Set aside.
Once onions are cooked, push to the side of the skillet and brown both sides of all four meat Patties. Add more olive oil to the skillet if needed.
In a glass measuring cup, fill with 2 cups of hot water.
Add gravy mix and golden mushroom soup.
Stir together with a fork to remove clumps and incorporate soup.
Add 1 T Worcestershire and 1 T ketchup.
Stir together.
Once all the Patties have been cooked on both sides, stir around the onion, add meat to the skillet and pour sauce over the top.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
